She was excellent, professional and truly went above and beyond in her kind, compassionate care and commitment to providing me with the best service possible. I was in such a time crunch, but I was able to call, order the test, pay for it over the phone and get the test I needed within the hour. Not only did this put my mind at ease, they saved my job!!
