Henderson is a village in Knox County, Illinois, United States. The population was 255 at the 2010 census, down from 319 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Galesburg Micropolitan Statistical Area.

Henderson is located in northwestern Knox County at 41°1?26?N 90°21?20?W? / ?41.02389°N 90.35556°W? / 41.02389; -90.35556 (41.023857, -90.355684). It is 6 miles (10 km) north of Galesburg, the county seat.

As of the census of 2000, there were 319 people, 137 households, and 102 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,172.3 people per square mile (456.2/km²).
