Orlando, FL - 08/25/2025 - Accredited Drug Testing, Inc. (ADT), the Nation's leading provider of drug, alcohol, and occupational health testing, is proud to announce that Patrice M. Kelly, JD, Co-President of Patrice Kelly Global Solutions, a subsidiary of the Current Consulting Group, has been retained as the company's Senior Regulatory and Business Consultant. Greer, and the leadership team on issues including DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements and other federally regulated drug and alcohol testing compliance matters.

"Patrice Kelly's reputation in the drug and alcohol testing industry is unmatched," said James A. Greer, President of Accredited Drug Testing. "Her addition to our team as a consultant ensures that ADT remains at the forefront of compliance, safety, and industry leadership. Our clients will benefit tremendously from her guidance, knowledge, and vision."
Ms. Kelly was the longest-serving Director of the Office of Drug and Alcohol Policy and Compliance (ODAPC) in the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). For more than three decades, she was the leading trusted advisor to the Secretaries of Transportation, Federal agency leaders, White House personnel, and Congressional staff across multiple Presidential administrations. Recognized as the nation's foremost authority on DOT drug and alcohol regulations, Ms. Kelly has been and continues to be, the expert from whom even other top experts seek advice, both domestically and internationally.
Before joining the Current Consulting Group as the Co-President of Patrice Kelly Global Solutions, Ms. Kelly's career includes historic milestones: she was the first FAA attorney to revoke an air carrier's certificate for failing to implement drug and alcohol testing, initiated the FAA's first civil penalty cases for enforcement of testing regulations, and served as the primary author of DOT's oral fluid testing regulation in 2023. She has written or provided substantive input into nearly every DOT drug and alcohol regulation since 1993. Notably, Ms. Kelly was the only DOT official to have ever served as the decision-maker on Public Interest Exclusions against non-compliant service agents who posed a significant threat to safety. She is a champion for safety who is eager to help clients maintain compliance and shine as the transportation professionals she knows they are.
Her distinguished career spans over 35 years of government service, including senior legal roles with the FAA, special counsel to the Federal Air Surgeon, and a two-year assignment to the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA). She has also worked with the U.S. Supreme Court, the Department of State, and the late Senator Edward "Ted" Kennedy, and began her career on Wall Street.
A graduate of Boston College and member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society, Ms. Kelly earned her Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
