**Urine testing is the best developed and most commonly used monitoring technique in substance abuse treatment programs. This appendix describes procedures for implementing this service and other methods for detecting clients' substance use. This is by far the easiest way to get my lab work ordered and paid for. The phone calls are short and to the point. They don’t try to push extra sales on you and when I walk in to the clinic I simply show my donor pass and with in a matter of minutes I’m done. I will continue to use ADT in the future.

I was so surprised with the quality of customer service I received today when I called Accredited Drug Testing. The representative was so clear and competent. She was able to reschedule an appointment at my preferred location. The representative whose name is Justice, was so polite and competent. She expedited the whole process. It was a relief to me.
