Confirmation of any positive Screening results is executed using GC/MS, GC/MS/MS, or LC/MS/MS. All samples that are presumptive positive are cleansed before undergoing confirmation as required. The entire lab process from Accessioning to Confirmation is subject to examination under both CAP (College of American Pathologists) Hair specifications and accredited to ISO / IEC 17025 standards.
