- Neurological Disorders: Epilepsy/seizure conditions (unless exempt), disorders causing unexpected unconsciousness, dizziness, or uncontrolled movements.
- Substance Abuse: Current substance misuse, alcohol dependency, or use of prescriptions that reduce driving capability.
- Psychiatric & Cognitive Disorders: Severe, unmanaged psychiatric disorders (e.g., active schizophrenia, bipolar disorder with recent episodes) or cognitive deficits that affect judgment and reflexes.

Saved My CDL!

This is by far the easiest
This is by far the easiest way to get my lab work ordered and paid for. The phone calls are short and to the point. They don’t try to push extra sales on you and when I walk in to the clinic I simply show my donor pass and with in a matter of minutes I’m done. I will continue to use ADT in the future.
